Aaron’s, Inc. (NYSE: AAN), one of the leading lease-to-own specialty retailer of consumer electronics, computers, residential furniture and household appliances along with Aaron’s and Progressive Leasing, a division of Aaron’s Inc. has partnered with former NFL Stars for delivering furnishings for seven “Homes for the Holidays” surprise presentations that involve a commitment of about USD 70,000 which is expected to provide support for first-time homeowners.

First Things First Foundation belonging to Kurt Warner, a former NFL star player and Warrick Dunn Charities have collaborated with Aaron’s, Inc. whom they consider to be their crucial supporter over the last fifteen (15) years in handing out the donations. The home reveals of Warrick Dunn Charities had taken place in various places such as Augusta Ga and Lilburn Ga on September 17 and October 01 and three other places. The last home reveal took place on December 17 at Nashville, Tenn.

The purpose of “Homes for the Holidays” presentations are primarily aimed at celebrating single parents who are working strenuously to become first time home owners by offering furnishings for their homes at affordable prices, so that they can be relieved from any heavy financial burden while furnishing their homes. The Habitat for Humanity has already been offering support in construction and finance for such single parents. With Aaron’s support, the home owners would be able to get an opportunity to fully furnish the houses, while on the other hand, Warrick Dun Charities and the First Things First Foundation offer the option of down-payments for these single parents.

John Robinson, CEO of Aaron’s Inc., mentioned that the Company was grateful to Warrick Dunn and Kurt Warner for their tireless efforts in working to make sure that many families can proudly call themselves homeowners.

The partnership between Aaron and Warrick Dunn Charities has continued over the past fifteen (15) years, which has helped the former Atlanta Falcons and Tampa Bay Buccaneers who were running behind lift these families to the top mainly in and around the Southeast. Dunn’s drive which has been to help single mothers is primarily inspired from his mother, being a single parent and police officer who was killed off-duty when Dunn was only eighteen (18) years old.

Warrick Dunn stated that it was difficult for them to believe that they have been able to make the dream of home ownership a possibility for 176 families in 18 markets in the 22 year history of their “Homes for the Holidays program”.

Kurt Warner mentioned that Aaron’s had been instrumental in helping them bless at least 51 families, since the “Homes for the Holidays” had begun about 15 years back and he aims to impact more lives through this program for the year 2020.
