Consilium Recruit Signs 2 Year Deal with Electroflight To Bring New Jobs Despite Lockdown

The deal between the two organizations is aimed at sourcing of specialists by Consilium Recruit to Electroflight for the emerging battery powered aerospace industry.

Despite the lockdown for coronavirus, the recruitment drive for experts had already been started by the Stratford-upon-Avon firm Consilium Recruit, for Electroflight, a Cheltenham-based technology company, which is also known for working with blue chip companies, such as Rollys Royce. Electroflight is believed to be the first battery design consultancy of UK, which was established to service the aerospace and future lying vehicle market using modern technology which are also environmentally friendly.

The director of Consilium Recruit, Steve Doyle, stated that several companies are running their businesses amidst the current affected situation, and so his company has adapted quickly to support its clients. He further stated that for this deal with Electroflight, the organization had the requirement of skilled and experienced specialists for battery systems, and as such, the organization had approached the Stratford-upon-Avon-based Consilium to help them. Owing to the current situation, the company has started providing services virtually instead of usual face to face methods.

The director further stated that by the approach of virtually connecting and finding people, it would mean that Electroflight would have the right people ready to set foot in the office when the conditions allow. In the meantime, these new recruits can work remotely from their home. He also stated that he was very proud of his team how they have adapted quickly to the dynamic working environment to do their bit and support the industry.
