Feb 07, 2020, 06:30 /Comserve / -- ExchangeRight has officially announced the appointment of Kevin Zwick, a former head of sales at WealthForge as the Co-Director of National Accounts
ExchangeRight had completed its hiring of Kevin Zwick who will join the company as the co-director of national accounts. He will be responsible primarily to strengthen and provide support for building and consolidating the relationships of the company with various brokers, dealers, Registered Investment Advisors and various custodial platforms.
According to Warren Thomas, a managing member of ExchangeRight, Kevin Zwick had joined them at a phase where the company has been posting remarkable growth. He further mentioned that the investors had more faith in their company at this point of time and were expecting ExchangeRight to look after an additional USD 325.4 million of DST equity investments for the year 2019, which would constitute a little over 48% year-over-year growth. Besides, he also stated that apart from their 1031 platform, they had been in charge of around USD 50 million in investment capital into their REIT platform for the whole period of 2019. Additionally, he added that Kevin had the capacity to lead, besides possessing a good expertize in sales as well as business development, which will help the company to serve the broker-dealers and the Registered Investment Advisors who trust the company to provide their clients with portfolios that are net-leased and can withstand recession periods. This will help their clients to obtain capital that is safe and secured, besides offering stable income and from time to time help clients make strategic exits.
Kevin had earlier served Schwab in the capacity of a portfolio and financial advisor and had handled business brokerage sales, mutual fund clearing and other related activities. In addition to that, he had also managed new client and revenue growth of broker-dealer and FinTec sales at WealthForge as sales head. He had passed out of Arizona State University graduating in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and holds Series 7, 63 and 66 licences.
