August 25, 2020: Mastercard has signed a partnership with Goals101.ai. Goals101.ai integrates merchants and issuers to create targeted and customized deals for Bank cardholder using the big data, artificial intelligence, and automation. This supports the bank in enhancing the quality of their communication. Moreover, it also makes the banking experience more personalized for their clients. The plug and play platform does not need deep integration and easily automates, contextualizes and expresses banks’ deals to their cardholders. Once a bank enters the deal to onboard the platform and attaches its past information to the database of Goals101.ai, it can build and execute campaigns on the move. The bank will not reveal any sensitive details regarding any cardholders in the entire process.
Earlier July 2020, Mastercard partnered with SOLV, a business-to-business platform. The main purpose of this partnership was to help MSMEs to purchase, operate and sell in a more efficient manner. SOLV is a 360-degree digital marketplace platform that lets small and medium-sized businesses to link and interact with a wide network of customers and vendors. In addition, it helps them to develop their credit scores and gain access to financing and business solutions such as logistics.
Through the current partnership, Mastercard’s customer banks will now be able to take advantage from enhanced consumer satisfaction and personalization interaction, positive effect on key performance indicators like spend, transaction, commitment, engagement and latency and faster time to market for goods and offers.
Under this alliance, Mastercard and Goals101.ai will also introduce a segment within the platform called ‘For You’. This aims at unifying the bank channels and properties into one. The thought of this segment came into intent to ease the stress that banks are actually facing in delivering several notifications to cardholders regarding offers and rewards. This multiplicity of notifications makes it difficult to attract enough traction to main updates and relevant deals. This approach would unify all partnerships, product recommendations in one place and a cardholder will be able to access one unified communication page that is personalized on the basis of their purchasing actions. The solution will also have an advanced functionality to monitor all relevant KPIs.
