The company has started its manufacturing units in various regions of the country to meet the essential medical supplies. To achieve the set target, an additional USD 5 millions have been infused in the operations and logistics. While being fully FDA complaint and with an aim to ensure private and public hospitals do not short-fall of essential medical kits, Merrow Manufacturing has signed contracts with more than 89 hospitals in the U.S. . Merrow further estimates that around 700,000 medical protective gown would be manufactured by every week by the end of July 2020- helping the medical staff to remain safe and creating new job opportunities in the Northeast region of the country. However, company had few problems while ensuring the supply of raw materials to the manufacturing plants. All was set when company declared that it has partnered with more than 200 local/domestic suppliers including DuPont. Dupont further had mentioned that the company was actively looking to aid the Global Pandemic and would supply innovate and durable textile to Merrow Manufacturing.

Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker has ordered 2.5 million gowns with Merrow manufacturing after a visit to manufacturing unit in the state. Mr. Charlie further had appreciated the efforts by Merrow Manufacturing in-response to emergency in the state. The company had further assisted the continuous supply of PPE to mental hospitals, dentists, health clinics, and other related medical centers through its 30,000sq. feet facility in MA.

Merrow further extended its unique medical textile offerings through FORLOH. Comparatively, FORLOH is a newly launched brand in the U.S. marker but it significantly had helped Merrow to utilize domestically produced ballistic-grade nylon in the manufacturing of outdoor tents, backpacks, and travel accessories. In addition, Merrow and DuPont had entered into a partnership to product single-use isolation gowns for the medical usages.
