Nocera, Inc. (OTC: NCRA), a company providing services such as designing, building and installing aquaculture (fish farming) equipment, has announced that it has entered into an agreement with Procare International Co., Ltd. According to the Project Contract, the company would be producing 6,500 Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) for a fish farm development with RAS in Ru Hu, Guang Dong province. Each of these RAS tanks have a contract value of around USD 18,000 and a total contract value of approximately USD 117,000,000 over a time period of three years, based on the current rates of exchange.
Procare International Co., Limited, a business involved in the production as well as sales of audio speakers and other parts related to it to companies such as Amazon, Walmart and Radio Shack, among several others. The President of Procare International, Ms. Lee Chin Chu, saw the demonstration site of Nocera in China and signed a master contract with the town of Ru Hu for the investment and development of a fish farm that has 6,500 tanks in the next three years.
As per the announcement, the company is expected to begin the production as well as the installation of 6,500 RAS tanks by the end of the first quarter of 2020. This would be extended over a period of three years. Presently, Nocera is waiting for the initial investment, which is expected in the latter part of the first quarter of 2020, before beginning the process of manufacturing. During 2020, the company expects to deliver 1,000 to 1,500 completed products.
