This was basically taken up by both in order to raise finances, as part of their fund-raising efforts towards charitable causes. The funds are expected to be derived from the proceeds received from the tournament conducting Skillz mobile games. These funds would subsequently be used for the purpose of providing students facing huge challenges and risks with education including an opportunity to explore careers in technology and media.

Those competitors who would be playing Cube Cube starting from January 25, Saturday until January 27 on the Skillz mobile game platform would be able to win two tickets, by which they would get the opportunity to attend Super Bowl LIV in Miami, that would include expenses paid for the round trip undertaken within the continental U.S. In addition to the same, a VIP invitation for attending Forever Young’s 8 to 80 Zone at Miami has been offered. Other prizes comprising of NFL Helmets with an autograph of Steve Young as well as footballs and even jerseys can be won by the competitors. 

Steve Young remarked that Jerry, their 8 to 80 Zone team including him are expected to broaden their donor base by attracting the youth population and generating higher opportunities for the possible tech leaders in the future.

The Miami 8 to 80 Zone is widely anticipated to become a part of one of the largest women’s organizations in the country, YWCA Greater Miami Dade that is currently celebrating its centennial in 2020 which also happens to be NFL’s 100th birthday year.
