TK Classics is headquartered in West Sacramento in the State of California and is an already established market player in design and distribution of outdoor furniture and heating products. Further, the prices of its products have been kept within the reach of the consumers. The company has its manufacturing capabilities located at China. The products can be purchased online through e-commerce directly, in addition to these products being made available at the local retail stores for sale.
This acquisition would serve to establish Twin Star as a market leader in home furnishing platform all over North America. Further, it would also help Twin Star to widen its product portfolio in outdoor living. With the merger of both companies, the product offering of Twin Star would be diverse and would also be able to cater to a large number of home furnishing purchasing partners in the market. Moreover, it would possess a strong distribution network, by which it would be able to serve the e-commerce channel at a larger scale.

Z Capital’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer, James Zenni remarked that they have waited for several years for choosing the right company for acquisition and that TK Classics had just fit correctly into their portfolio of acquisitions, which he considers as a valuable asset addition into Twin Star Home’s portfolio.
Rahul Sawhney, Senior Managing Director of Z Capital stated that this transaction has drawn attention to the fact that Twin Star would be able to commit further to anticipating and meeting the continuously evolving shopping habits of consumers as well as their design preferences.
